The Aburame clan are characterised by their use of insects as weapons. At birth, members of this clan are offered to a special breed of insects such as Kikaichu as a nest, residing just under their host's skin. These insects will then live in symbiosis with their host. 

The clan members may also carry additional insects in jars or gourds with them on missions. The insects can leave and enter their host's body through various pores. They feed on chakra as a food source, making them quite deadly. The relationship between the shinobi and the insects is mutually beneficial. The host grants the insects shelter and allows them to feed off their chakra, their body becoming a living hive of tens of thousands of these insects, and in return the insects do the user's bidding, allowing the shinobi to perform ninjutsu-like techniques without the use of hand seals or chakra conversion. A major defining trait of the Aburame clan is that all of its known members' eyes are obscured usually by glasses, as well as they wear clothing that usually cover up most of their body.

Hidden - Human Cocoon Technique [Clan Dependant]

• Preformence: The Aburame clan expells insects from their mouth and they surround his body. As they circle about the person, they be wrapped in a dark silken cocoon that only shows their face.

Background Information

Happy Birthday Aki, Goodbye Son;

Born on the third of july within the Aburame Clan, Aburame Aki lost his beloved mother five days of his coming to the world. Blessed with the Nano-Sized, Venomous Insects called Kikaichu, the Clan's Elders knew Aki would turn out to be a great Ninja to bring mush Honor. The Kikaichu was rare, but this one in particular was a spider-like Paracitic insect. The Insects took to Aki's small body as they festered and multiplied rapidly beneath his skin. 

Female Aburame Member: "She's gone... Pass the boy to his Father."

It was apparent to Aki's Father that having a child with a rare Insect is something a Father of any Insect Clan would be proud of. However, losing his true love as a Family man was even harder. Aki's Father never blamed his son for his wife's death, holding his little boy tight, Aki's Father swore to protect him for the sake of his departed mother. 

A Father's Mission;

Aki's father trained him up untill the age of ten and vanished to complete an unknown mission. Learning of this placed Aki in depression up until the moment he was jumped during his academy days. A girl burred within Aki's memory currently, shouted the words "Dont Ever Back Down!" filling the heart of the young Shinobi with couragousness and hope. The rest of Aki's school days were plesant due to those same words. Each and ever fight Aki got into, resulted in him being Head Strong and finishing it thoroughly. However, Aki took things to far with the biggest bully, using his bugs to deathly poison the kid. Elders and other Clan members helped Aki with his troubles, training, and village duties up until it Genin Testing time.
